Physical therapy tailored to the specific demands of your sport, athletic endeavors, and every day life.

Sports Medicine Approach

We start with a detailed evaluation of your injury, injury history, joint and soft tissue mobility, muscle strength, stability, and any other pertinent information to help us best serve you. With this information and by discussing your athletic goals, we can work together to create a comprehensive rehabilitation plan to get you back to the activities you love. People are often able to continue their sport with some guidance or modification.

PROMPT Sports Physical Therapy One-On-One Care

To get you fully back to sport, we use a combination of manual therapy, strength and stability training, progressive return to sport plans, and education to help guide you through each step along the way. Through this plan, our goal is to get you back to doing what you love even stronger, healthier, and more resilient than prior to your injury.
