About Dr. Scott Herstek:
A native of Pleasant View, TN Scott recently moved to Knoxville to join the PROMPT team. He is passionate about helping individuals with a wide range of diagnoses overcome their limitations and get back to the activities they love. In his free time Scott enjoys golfing, running in and training for Spartan races, and exploring the world with his girlfriend.
Training and Education…
Scott began his education at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. He decided to stay at UTC to complete his doctorate degree in physical therapy and graduated in 2021. Since graduating he has pursued additional training in dry needling and vestibular rehabilitation, which aims at helping individuals with vertigo or dizziness. Scott is now starting the process to become an Orthopedic Certified Specialist so that he can better serve his patients.
