This package includes:
Gait analysis with run scribe technology
Slow motion video analysis with on-form
VALD force plate testing; the exact plates used by US Olympian marathoners and professional teams. Provides incredibly accurate information on the athlete's ability to produce and absorb force between legs in multiple positions in both slow and fast outputs
Hand Held Dynamometry (HHD) testing: Hip strength objective strength measure of hip musculature

HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1
CONSULTATION + ASSESSMENT
Meet virtually or in person for a running assessment. We utilize cutting edge technology such as force plates, foot sensors, and slow motion analysis to get insight into your running mechanics. From here we test running specific strength, mobility, and stability.
STEP 2
DESIGN
This is not your cookie cutter body weight strength exercises you can copy from runners world doing 50 leg lift variations, but an incredibly detailed plan that includes the necessary strength, plyometric, and mobility work tailored specifically to your needs and goals.
STEP 3
EXECUTE AND PERFORM
Now we get to work, executing your plan and making any necessary adjustments to ensure continued improvements. We check in as much as needed for re-testing and updates to the game plan to ensure you meet your goals.
